La Clinica de Familia is excited to announce - We will be hosting a sports physical clinic out of our Centennial High School location. This clinic is open to all LCPS students.  If your student needs a sports physical to participate in athletic opportunities, our School Based Health Centers will be offering sports physicals to LCPS student athletes districtwide on Wednesday, Aug 7 at Centennial High School from 5p.m. to 9 p.m.  All insurance and Medicaid will be accepted, the cost is $20 without insurance.  Attached below, you’ll find the new parent registration form, the NMAA pre-participation evaluation packet Please bring the signed forms and packet when you come to the sports physical clinic. Most students, except incoming sixth graders and those new to the district, should be aware of this awesome platform. New Mexico State University's Alternative Licensure Residency Program is a competitive post-baccalaureate, graduate certificate approved by the New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED) as a licensure pathway designed to prepare qualified classroom teachers. The NMSU Alternative Licensure Residency Program aims to recruit highly qualified individuals who have earned a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and are eligible for a New Mexico alternative license pathway. We seek individuals who will have a positive impact on the social, cultural, emotional, and intellectual growth of children and youth with whom they will work throughout their career. Applicants must be able to collaborate with a mentor teacher throughout the 2024-2025 school year. NMSU is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer and educator.
